Shipping Information

We hold many of our smaller pieces, standard items and bespoke gifts in stock, which can be dispatched promptly, normally within 5 - 15 working days.

All items of furniture are made to order and delivery is normally within 3 – 6 weeks from the date the acknowledgement of order is sent. Please note that all products are hand-made and demand varies depending on the time of year. Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific date.

Cancellations

All products are made or cut to the customer’s specification and therefore ‘personalised’ as recognised by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As such it is not possible to return products unless faulty.

You have the right to amend or cancel your order within 48 hours after the acknowledgement of order has been sent. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the product should cancellation occur after 48 hours.
